For the love of the game


Some moments only happen once—the winning shot, the dirt flying beneath a horse's hooves, the determination on an athlete's face, the celebration after a hard-earned win. That's what I love about sports photography. Nothing is staged. Nothing waits for the camera. You have to be ready when the story unfolds.


I photograph youth and school sports, rodeos, equestrian events, tournaments, teams and recreational events, capturing everything from high-action competition to the quieter moments happening on the sidelines.


My goal isn't simply to document who won or what happened. It's to preserve the grit, emotion, atmosphere and people behind it—the photographs athletes, families, organizations and communities will look back on long after the final whistle.
